This policy explains what personal data AUDE collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It covers visitors to aude.agency, people who apply to work with us, and creators under management.
The data controller is AUDE, an independent management agency. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@aude.agency.
1. Data we collect
Visitors to this site
This site uses Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not build individual visitor profiles. It records aggregate traffic only — page views and general traffic sources such as Telegram or search — without identifying you personally or tracking you across other websites. We do not use advertising trackers or social media pixels.
Our hosting provider processes standard server request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent) for security and abuse prevention. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request; see Google's own privacy notice for how they handle it.
Applicants (creators and staff)
- The contact details and information you choose to send us — name or alias, contact method, relevant experience, platforms and links.
- Age verification documentation, checked before any agreement and not retained longer than necessary to record that the check was performed.
Creators under management
- Account access credentials needed to perform the agreed services. You keep your own access to the account at all times.
- Subscriber conversations handled on your behalf.
- Content material provided for scheduling, editing and publication.
- Platform performance and earnings data used to produce your reports.
2. Why we process it, and on what basis
- To perform our agreement with you — managing the account, communication, production, promotion and reporting. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- To assess applications — reviewing whether we are a fit before any agreement exists. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To verify age and keep records that we did so. Lawful basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest in lawful operation.
- To keep the service secure — server logs, access control, abuse prevention. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in protecting the service and the people using it.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Who can access your data
Access is granted by role, not by seniority or convenience. Only the team assigned to your account — typically a producer, the communication team working your account, and an analyst — can access your messages and material. There is no company-wide access.
- Every person with access signs a non-disclosure agreement before receiving it.
- Access is revoked when a person stops working on your account or leaves the agency.
- Service providers we rely on (for example hosting and communication tooling) process data only on our instructions and under a written agreement.
4. Content boundaries
AUDE works with creators who show their face. Beyond that, what may be published, what must never be published, and which identifying details (such as real name, location or employer) are withheld are agreed with you before work begins, recorded in writing, and treated as a hard limit by the team.
5. International transfers
Our team is distributed and some service providers operate outside your country. The providers we currently use are Netlify (hosting and form submissions, USA), Telegram (messaging), Umami (cookie-free analytics) and Google Fonts (web fonts). Each handles data under its own data-protection terms.
6. How long we keep data
- Unsuccessful applications: deleted within 6 months of the decision, unless you ask us to keep them on file.
- Data under an active agreement: for the duration of the agreement.
- After an agreement ends: access is handed back to you and our working copies are deleted within the window stated in the contract. Records we are legally required to retain (for example tax and age-verification records) are kept for the statutory period and nothing longer.
- Server logs: retained by our hosting provider for a short rolling period for security purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email hello@aude.agency. We respond within 30 days and will not charge you for a reasonable request.
8. Security
We use role-based access control, contractual confidentiality obligations, encrypted transport (HTTPS) for this site, and the principle of collecting as little as the work requires. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify affected people and the relevant authority as required by law.
9. Children
Our services are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it immediately.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. Where changes are material and affect people under an agreement with us, we notify them directly.
