These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of aude.agency (the "Site") and any information published on it. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by AUDE, an independent management agency, contactable at hello@aude.agency ("AUDE", "we", "us").
1. Adults only
The Site and all services described on it are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. We verify age before entering into any agreement, and we do not knowingly provide services to, or collect data from, minors.
2. What this Site is
The Site is informational. It describes services offered by AUDE and lists open roles. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, a contract, or a guarantee of any outcome. A working relationship begins only when a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.
3. Independence from platforms
AUDE is an independent agency. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or otherwise connected to any content platform. Any platform names mentioned by visitors, applicants or clients are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
4. Income
Creators under an agreement with us receive the fixed monthly payment set out in that agreement, starting from the first month, regardless of the account's earnings. Beyond that fixed payment, we do not promise, guarantee or project any level of income, audience growth or commercial result. Earnings in this industry depend on niche, audience behaviour, platform rules and individual circumstances. Our obligations relate to the process, the work performed and the reporting provided — as set out in an individual agreement — and not to any particular financial outcome.
5. Service terms are individual
Commission rate and the basis it is charged on, scope of work, responsibilities, reporting cadence, access rules, confidentiality obligations, notice period and termination conditions are agreed individually and recorded in a written agreement before work begins. Those terms are not varied retroactively.
AUDE does not charge registration fees, onboarding fees, mandatory content-production packages or marketing budget contributions.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Site you agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its infrastructure or any connected system;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written permission;
- interfere with the availability of the Site, including through automated request floods or denial-of-service techniques;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content for the purpose of impersonating AUDE or misrepresenting our services;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to submit unlawful, infringing or knowingly false information.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to hello@aude.agency rather than disclosing or exploiting it. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that is reported responsibly and does not degrade the service or access other people's data.
7. Intellectual property
The AUDE name, the flame mark, the design, layout and text of the Site are owned by AUDE and may not be copied, reproduced or used to represent another business. Material belonging to creators we work with remains the property of those creators at all times.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site, and may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AUDE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site, nor for the acts, omissions, policy changes, suspensions or technical failures of third-party platforms which are outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Disputes
Any dispute is first resolved by good-faith discussion at hello@aude.agency. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
